This Privacy Policy explains how Animal Sudoku ("the App", "we", "us"), published by Zenbyte, handles your information. We built Animal Sudoku to be private by design: it works fully offline, requires no account, and does not track you.
1. Information We Collect
We do not collect any personal data. Animal Sudoku does not ask for your name, email address, phone number, location, contacts, photos, or any other personal information, and it does not require you to create an account or sign in.
2. Data Stored on Your Device
All of your game data — puzzle progress, statistics, streaks, coins, settings, and which Animal Worlds you have unlocked — is stored locally on your device only. This data never leaves your device, is not transmitted to us, and is not accessible to us. Deleting the App removes this local data.
3. No Tracking and No Analytics
Animal Sudoku does not use any advertising identifiers, cross-app or cross-site tracking, behavioral profiling, or third-party analytics services. We do not display ads. In line with Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework, the App performs no tracking and therefore does not request tracking permission.
4. In-App Purchases
The App offers optional in-app purchases and subscriptions (for example, individual Animal Worlds, the "All Worlds" pack, and Premium plans). These transactions are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store and StoreKit. We never see or receive your payment details, such as your credit card number.
To confirm what you own and restore purchases across your devices, the App checks your purchase entitlements with Apple's StoreKit. This is handled by Apple and governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.
5. Notifications
If you choose to enable them, the App may send local reminders (for example, a nudge to keep your daily streak going). These notifications are generated on your device. You can turn them off at any time in your device's Settings, or within the App's settings.
6. Children's Privacy
Animal Sudoku is designed to be family-friendly and suitable for ages 4 and up. Because the App does not collect personal information from anyone, it does not knowingly collect personal information from children. There are no ads and no behavioral profiling.
7. Third-Party Services
The only third party involved in the App's operation is Apple, which provides the App Store and processes in-app purchases. We do not integrate advertising networks, analytics providers, or social media SDKs.
8. Data Security
Because your data stays on your device and is not transmitted to our servers, it is protected by your device's own security. We do not operate servers that store your personal data.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Significant changes will be reflected on this page.
