Photo Cleaner is designed to help you organize and clean your photo library while keeping your personal data protected.

• We do not require sign-up or login.
• We do not collect personal identifiers such as name, email address, phone number, or contacts.
• Photos and videos analyzed by the App stay on your device and are not uploaded to our servers.
• We collect limited, non-personal diagnostic and analytics data to improve app stability and performance.
• In-app purchases are handled by platform providers; we do not process payment details directly.

2A. Personal Information

We do not collect personal information such as:

• Name, email address, phone number
• Address or contact lists
• Precise location data
• Messages or communications

2B. User Content (Photos & Videos)

The App analyzes photos and videos stored on your device to help you find duplicates, similar images, and low-quality shots.

• Media is processed entirely on-device to identify duplicates, similar shots, blurry images, and large media.
• We do not collect, store, or transmit your photos or videos to our servers.
• Any deletions or changes you confirm are executed locally using your device's file system and Photos or Gallery APIs.

2C. Analytics & Diagnostics (Non-Personal)

To improve reliability, performance, and user experience, the App collects limited, anonymized data, including:

• App usage events (for example, feature interaction and screen views)
• Crash reports and error logs
• Performance metrics (for example, app launch time and scan duration)
• Device and operating system information (for example, device model and OS version)
• App version and technical identifiers

2C. Analytics Purpose

This data is collected via Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics and is used solely to:

• Detect and fix crashes
• Improve performance and stability
• Understand general usage patterns (for example, how often clean-up scans are run)

2D. Purchase & Subscription Information

If you purchase a subscription or lifetime access:

• Transactions are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
• Subscription management and entitlement validation may be handled by RevenueCat.
• We may receive limited, non-personal information such as subscription status (active, expired, cancelled), product identifiers, purchase and renewal events, and an anonymized identifier used to manage entitlements.
• We do not receive or store payment card details or billing information.

3. How We Use Information

We use collected information only to:

• Operate and maintain the App
• Improve app performance and stability
• Diagnose crashes and technical issues
• Validate purchases and unlock paid features

4. Data Sharing

• Analytics and crash data is retained only as long as necessary to improve the App and resolve issues.

• You can control photo and video access at any time through your device's system settings.
• You can always review and confirm which items to delete before Photo Cleaner removes them from your device.
• Analytics and diagnostics collection may be limited or disabled through platform-level privacy controls, where supported by your device or operating system.

7. Children's Privacy

Photo Cleaner is not intended for children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required by local law). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the limited data processed by the App. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure.
