This Privacy Policy describes how Zenbyte ("we", "us", or "our") handles information in connection with the Video to MP3 Converter iOS application ("App"). By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
We collect only minimal, anonymous data required to operate and improve the App:
We explicitly do not collect, transmit, or store:
All video-to-audio conversion happens locally on your iPhone using Apple's AVFoundation framework. Converted files are stored only in your device's local storage (Documents directory) and are accessible only to you.
The App uses Firebase Analytics (provided by Google LLC) to collect anonymous, aggregated usage data. This data helps us understand how the App is used so we can improve it.
Examples of events logged:
None of these events include your identity, your files, or any personally identifiable information. Firebase Analytics data is governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
Premium subscriptions are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive, process, or store your payment card information or billing details. Apple's handling of purchase data is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.
Your subscription status is verified locally on your device using Apple's StoreKit 2 framework. The App only knows whether you have an active subscription — it does not store any payment identifiers.
The App integrates the following third-party SDKs:
We do not sell, rent, or share your data with any other third parties.
Converted audio files are stored locally on your device in the App's Documents folder. You can delete them at any time by deleting files from within the App or by deleting the App entirely.
Anonymous analytics and crash report data is retained by Google/Firebase according to their standard data retention policies (typically 14 months for Analytics events). We have no ability to identify or access individual records within this data.
The App is not directed to children under 13 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, please contact us and we will take steps to delete such information.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
We encourage you to review this page periodically for the latest information on our privacy practices.
